Weighing in at a mere 185g, the Chronarch MGL reels combine Shimano's new Magnum Light spool design with a CI4+ body construction to significantly reduce reel weight. Shimano has utilised its new Micro Module gear system, which effectively reduces gear teeth size to a minimum to reduce noise and increase sensitivity without any loss of power. Combine this with X-Ship and you've got yourself a brilliant hi efficiency gearing system. The incorporation of the new SVS Infinity brake system allows complete control in the distance and accuracy of your casts. Fine tuning is made easy with the external dial. The reels can take up to 5kg of drag and boast 8+1 S A-RB bearings for high intensity workouts.
